1 What this policy covers
This page applies to Smart Order Flow on iOS (iPhone and iPad) distributed through the App Store. It does not describe unrelated websites, personal blogs, or third-party storefronts.
On device
Progress and settings stay in the app sandbox—no in-game account required.
Usage data
As shown on the App Store label, usage-related data may be collected or used for ads and analytics.
Apple
Downloads, updates, and purchases run through Apple under Apple’s own privacy terms.
App Store disclosure
According to the current App Store “App Privacy” section, usage data may be used to track you across other companies’ apps and websites, and usage data may be collected and linked to your identity. Categories and partners can change when the app is updated—always check the live App Store listing for the installed version.
2 Information the game may use
Depending on features enabled in your build, the following categories may apply:
- Gameplay and preferences — Level progress, settings, and session state stored locally so you can continue playing.
- Usage and performance — Interaction patterns, crash or diagnostic signals, or similar technical data to improve stability and understand how stages are played.
- Advertising — The app may contain ads. Ad networks may process device or advertising identifiers to deliver and measure campaigns, subject to your iOS privacy settings.
3 Why data is processed
Data may be used to operate core gameplay, save progress, show and measure advertising, analyze feature usage, prevent abuse, and comply with legal obligations. Processing purposes depend on the SDKs and services integrated in each release.
4 Sharing and retention
Information may be shared with service providers that host analytics, advertising, or crash reporting—only as needed to provide those functions. Retention periods vary by data type and provider rules; local gameplay data is removed when you delete the app or clear its data in iOS Settings.
5 Children
The App Store rates this title 4+. The game is not directed at children under 13 for separate account registration because no account is required. Parents and guardians can use Screen Time and device restrictions to limit purchases and tracking.
6 Your controls
- Delete the app or reset its data in Settings to remove local sandbox information.
- Adjust Privacy & Security settings, including App Tracking Transparency where available, to limit cross-app tracking.
- Review Apple’s App Privacy label before installing updates that change data practices.
7 Changes
